Advancing Antiracism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in STEMM Organizations

The Board on Behavioral, Cognitive, and Sensory Sciences recently published a new report, entitled "Advancing Antiracism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in STEMM Organizations – Beyond Broadening Participation". The report examines how systemic racism in the United States has had a significant impact on minorized groups' unequal representation in STEMM and outlines actions that top leaders in STEMM organizations can take to foster a culture and climate of antiracism, diversity, equity, and inclusion that is genuinely accessible and supportive to all.
