A permanent Observatory on gender balances and gender mainstreaming in the University of Padua is established at the Elena Cornaro University Centre, for a constant assessment of the situation within the University.

This Observatory ensures that analyses, indicators and periodically updated data are available, also to support the implementation of the University's Positive Action Plan.
