Feminist Digital Justice: Southern feminist perspectives on the digital

On Tuesday April 18, 2023 the Elena Cornaro University Centre welcomes a special guest: Anita Gurumurthy, Executive Director of ITforChange in India and longstanding activist for women's rights in communication.

Starting from the Declaration Of Feminist Digital Justice, she will address issues concerning how paths of knowledge and communication in contemporary societies can be renewed so as to reflect the roles played by women as agents of innovation and change, while problematizing those very concepts from a Southern perspective.

The event will take place at the Elena Cornaro University Centre headquarter in Via Martiri della Libertà 8, Padova (second floor).
