Launch of the UNTWIST Policy Recommendation Handbook

Is the rise of anti-gender politics a "culture war," or is it a symptom of a deeper crisis in material security?

On 18 March at the European Parliament there is planned a launch of the UNTWIST Policy Recommendation Handbook. This event presents the results of a three-year Horizon Europe project that offers a new, data-driven roadmap for reclaiming the narrative of security for mainstream democratic forces. To reflect the universal nature of these challenges, this event is co-hosted by MEPs from the S&D and Renew Europe groups (FEMM Committee), with the high-level participation of the European People's Party (EPP).

Venue: European Parliament, Brussels (Room SPAAK7C50)

Date: 18 March 2026

Time: 18:00 – 20:00 (followed by a light networking reception)

Opening: Institutional remarks by the President of the FEMM Committee.

For the online attendance registration closes on 16 March (included) and you can register here.
